​An Arizona native, Brian was a 3 year varsity starter in basketball and tennis and qualified for the state tournament in both sports. His passion for beach volleyball began at the University of Arizona where he played in several AOVA and local Tucson events. He was also the Tournament Director for the Spring Fling Volleyball Tournament in Tucson, AZ. The event was the largest grass and sand volleyball tournament in the state with over 200 players and $3,000 in prize money and sponsored by Club Sportswear.

​After graduating with a degree in Finance, Brian entered the corporate world by working for both The Vanguard Group and American Express. He continues his passion for the game as a coach at Sonoran Foothills Elementary.

While at the Beach House you might spot Brian's family! Tracy, Brian's wife, designed the logos for the Beach House and all the team sportswear for our club teams. Their 15 year old twins, Austin and Katelyn, can also be seen pretty regularly. Katie has been playing indoor club volleyball and beach for over 7 years and she competes in many of our tournaments, while Austin is a creative artist at heart like his mom and also loves all things related to computer programming.
